Get a volunteer card
获得一张志愿者证
实名认证通过后，登录账号，进入“个人中心”，点击“志愿者卡”，上传个人证件照片，生成个人的专属身份凭证。志愿者可以将志愿者证打印或者下载到手机里，便于出示和使用。
After passing the real-name authentication, log in to your account, enter the “personal center”, click on the “volunteer card”, upload your personal ID photos, and generate your own personal identity certificate. Volunteers can print or download their volunteer IDs to their mobile phones for presentation and use.

查到最新的志愿服务需求
上海志愿者网，每天发布的新项目非常非常多。志愿者可以在“志愿服务项目”一栏，选择自己感兴趣、又比较适合自己的项目报名参加。还可以进行一些筛选，比如年纪比较大的志愿者，可能不适合跑很远去参与服务，可以选择自己本区、本街道的一些项目，看看有没有适合自己的。每个项目都会有具体的项目联系人和联系方式，关于项目有什么不清楚的问题可以和他们电话沟通一下。
On the Shanghai Volunteer Website, there are many new projects released every day. Volunteers can choose the projects they are interested in and that are suitable for them in the “Volunteer Service Projects” column to sign up. Screenings can be performed. For example, older volunteers may not find it suitable to run long distances to participate in the service. One can choose projects in their own district and sub-district to see if there is something suitable. Each project will have a specific project contact person and contact information. 个人信息安全得到保障
志愿者个人信息管理由志愿者自行设置是否能被志愿服务组织搜索或邀请；当志愿者加入某团队或项目后，才能被对方看见基本资料。
Volunteers’ personal information management is set by volunteers to determine whether they can be searched or invited by volunteer service organizations; only when a volunteer joins a team or project, can the other party see the basic information.

Download volunteer service certificate by yourself
自助下载志愿服务证明
志愿者登录后，进入左侧栏目可以下载时间证明、进博会证书、疫情防控证书，生成PDF文件。（必须有相应的服务时间才能下载）
After logging in, volunteers can download the time certificate, CIIE certificate, and epidemic prevention and control certificate by entering the column on the left, and generate PDF files. (You must have the corresponding service time to download)

Remote transfer and connection of service records
服务记录异地转移和接续
如果志愿者以后要迁往其他地方居住，只要在新居住地的全国志愿服务信息系统分站登陆，服务记录将自动从上海转移到新居住地。“把时间带回家”，一键搞定！
If volunteers want to move to another place in the future, they only need to log in at the branch of the China Volunteer Service Information System in the new place of residence, and the service records will be automatically transferred from Shanghai to the new place of residence. One click on “Bring time home” is all you need!

An accident insurance
一份意外保险
通过实名认证的志愿者，将自动获得一份20万元的志愿服务意外保险。
Volunteers who pass the real-name certification will automatically receive a voluntary service accident insurance with an insured amount of 200,000 yuan.
志愿者在参加志愿服务活动期间（包含在参加志愿服务活动来回途中），因从事志愿服务活动而遭受意外伤害的，可以通过志愿活动组织方帮助申请保险理赔。
Volunteers who suffer accidental injuries due to voluntary service activities during the period of participating in such activities (including the journey back and forth from participating in the activities) can apply for insurance claims through the volunteer activity organizer.

Volunteer star rating
志愿者星级认定
实名注册志愿者可以进行星级认证。志愿服务记录时长累计达到100小时、300小时、600小时、1000小时和1500小时的，分别认证为“一星志愿者”“二星志愿者”“三星志愿者”“四星志愿者”和“五星志愿者”。
Real-name registered volunteers can have star certification. Those who have accumulated 100 hours, 300 hours, 600 hours, 1,000 hours and 1,500 hours of volunteer service are, respectively, certified as “One-Star Volunteers”, “Two-Star Volunteers”, “Three-Star Volunteers”, “Four-Star Volunteers” and “Five-Star Volunteers.”

Credit incentives
信用激励
上海已连续四年将在“上海志愿者网”上记录的累计志愿服务时长大于核定数的实名认证注册志愿者以及历年志愿服务先进典型表彰等志愿服务信息纳入市公共信用信息服务平台进行正向激励。
For four consecutive years, Shanghai has included the registered volunteers whose cumulative volunteer service hours recorded on the “Shanghai Volunteer” are greater than the approved number as well as the voluntary service information, such as the commendation of advanced volunteer services over the years and other volunteer service information, into the city’s public credit information. The service platform provides positive incentives.

Credit incentives
志愿者公益龙卡
志愿者公益龙卡是沪上首张志愿者激励卡，享受志愿服务时间查询及兑换、银行卡金融、每月9日专属服务日活动、季度优惠、公益捐赠等服务。实名注册志愿者可以自愿至建设银行相关网点申请办理。
The credit card for volunteers is the first such incentive card for volunteers in Shanghai. With the card, volunteers can enjoy services such as discounts, service time check and exchange, financing and other services. Volunteers with real name registration can go to Bank of Construction to apply for the card.
